You may have encountered the term DRI or "Dietery Reference Intake". This is the amount of a nutrient that is recommended to eat every day. This amount is not the same for everyone. It depends on age, gender, and individual conditions.
When the application lists nutrient amounts, it displays the absolute amount (grams) and the amount as a percentage of the DRI value, when the DRI value is available.
But because the DRI is different for each person, the application does not have any preset DRI values. If you want to use them, you have to enter values for yourself in the DRI screen.
